CAPSULE JAPAN Inc. (hereinafter “CAPSULE JAPAN”) announces that it is strengthening its strategic partnership with its investor, PONY CANYON INC. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Kazunari Okuma; hereinafter “PONY CANYON”). By combining their respective strengths, the two companies will expand their efforts to bring anime content to global markets.
As the first project under this strengthened partnership, the companies will launch “Tokyo Revengers BAKUSO POP UP ASIA TOUR,” a large-scale pop-up tour visiting Seoul, Taipei, and Bangkok in succession beginning on November 13, 2026, timed to coincide with the broadcast of the Tokyo Revengers TV anime’s Three Deities Arc, which begins in October 2026.
【Background and Objectives of the Strengthened Strategic Partnership】
With Taiwan and South Korea as its core markets, CAPSULE JAPAN provides end-to-end services, from planning to execution, for major Japanese anime and VTuber IPs across global markets, including North America and Southeast Asia. Its services encompass promotional campaigns, collaboration cafés, pop-up events, and KOL marketing. The company continues to rapidly expand its business presence and track record.
PONY CANYON has been an investor in CAPSULE JAPAN since 2019. With global demand for Japanese anime growing in recent years, the two companies have recognized the importance of building a closer partnership.
By combining PONY CANYON’s anime content with CAPSULE JAPAN’s overseas planning and execution capabilities and local networks, the companies aim to establish an effective model for bringing anime IPs to global markets quickly.
【First Partnership Project: Tokyo Revengers Asia Pop-Up Tour】
As the first project under this strengthened partnership, the companies will launch “Tokyo Revengers BAKUSO POP UP ASIA TOUR,” an overseas initiative featuring Tokyo Revengers, an anime title handled by PONY CANYON.
The tour will feature pop-up shops in Seoul, Taipei, and Bangkok, bringing an exciting event experience to fans across Asia. PONY CANYON will plan and organize the tour, while CAPSULE JAPAN will oversee local operations and promotion.
