埴渕修世(小哈)Hanibuchi Shusei
Graduated from Aichi University of Education. Studied abroad in London and Shanghai Jiaotong University during college. Fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English for business use. Joined Adways Internet Advertising Company in 2008. Started working for Adways China in 2009, participating in China marketing for Japanese and European and American companies. After Adways acquired a Taiwanese company in 2012, started managing the company and smartphone-related business as a director. Established CAPSULE in 2013.
蘇美甄 Esther Su
Professional wedding consultant and host, formerly worked in SUPERMEDIA, deeply rooted in the field of new media, proficient in physical and digital marketing. Joined CAPSULE in 2016 as Deputy General Manager of Marketing; promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2021, responsible for CAPSULE Creator Business.
羅培涵 Peihan Lo
Having experienced advertising and promotion work in public organizations and content editing in Korean new media, officially entered the field of video and new media marketing at CAPSULE. Peihan have been a part of the establishment and expansion of the creator department at CAPSULE, and hope to grow and achieve together with creators, turning once unattainable dreams into reality.

Previously served as MA in the catering industry, administrative assistant in the education system, and worked in the HR department of a traditional large enterprise. Due to a passion for HR work and a love for the challenges and changes that come with startups, joined CAPSULE in 2017. During the tenure, the number of employees grew from 30 to over 100.
施正容 Lexi Shih
Passionate about new challenges and changes, Lexi have worked in various industries including food and beverage, tourism, mobile, beauty, and streaming music platforms, gaining experience in marketing and public relations. Also, worked as a production assistant and excel at integrating resources for marketing and PR operations. After joining CAPSULE, Lexi hope to help more young creators grow and strive towards their dreams, and bring about positive change to society through content!
張思文 Joanne Chang
Heavy user of YouTube and social media, loves challenges, previously worked in marketing at Lalamove and Microsoft. Joined CAPSULE in 2018 and has led multiple large creator teams, currently the youngest vice president at CAPSULE.
唐逸敏 Tasha Tang
Worked as a PM and AE in JS-Adways and AdAsia, both multinational media agencies. Utilized communication skills between front-end and back-end, experience in digital advertising, and passion for visuals, joined CAPSULE in 2019 to manage the Creative Studio integration, and since 2021 has been responsible for developing new business in creator IP.

Formerly in charge of sales in the Kansai region at 3M Japan, also served as a local councillor in hometown; joined CAPSULE in 2018, responsible for content marketing business at the Shanghai subsidiary, now be liable for financial and related affairs in Japan.

Worked in marketing and business development for startups in the travel and activity industry before joining CAPSULE. Previously worked in the creator and internal operations departments. Through a deep understanding of creators, able to plan and select the most suitable collaboration influencers for the brand.
杜宗祐 Oscar Du
Previously worked in sports marketing and social media sentiment analysis industries. Joined CAPSULE to manage public relations and brand image for corporate and creator brands. Has handled numerous PR crisis communication and cross-industry collaboration projects. Currently leveraging comprehensive understanding of creators and project management skills to accelerate project execution from PR and business perspectives.

Graduated from the Department of Quantitative Finance at National Tsing Hua University. Joined in 2019 and worked in the finance department. Assisted in the implementation of the ERP system in 2020 to integrate internal financial processes and completed the establishment of subsidiary companies. Currently responsible for the financial management of the Taiwan branch and individual creators.

As a heavy gamer, familiar with market trends and movements both domestically and internationally. Previously worked in business roles for game industry exporters and software development companies. 佐田真人 Sata Masato
Worked at Basic Corporation in Japan and has experience in BtoB operations, specializing in OEM and EC content marketing. Came to Taipei in February 2020 and currently works at CAPSULE. Collaborates with influencers from various fields to conduct brand marketing and SNS management in the Taiwanese market for Japanese companies, as well as cross-border EC operations.

梁竣棋 Hunk Liang
Formerly worked for Taiwan's largest outdoor media, and later served as a sponsorship and advertising manager for a prominent new media team with multiple programs. In 2021, joined CAPSULE and continues to leverage the integration and communication expertise to oversee large-scale video planning and event sponsorship, providing the strongest support for creators.

Worked at companies such as SQUARE ENIX, Nintendo, and Spicysoft before joining the Japanese MCN agency UUUM in 2015. In 2018, took on the role of global manager at UUUM while also deeply involved in the internet industry and influencer marketing. Also served as a consultant to CAPSULE to assist in the company’s growth.
若月 賢一 Kenichi Wakatsuki
Graduated from Keio University in Japan. Previously worked for Tokai Bank (now Mitsubishi Tokyo UFJ Bank) and Sony Pictures Entertainment Japan. Joined Fuji Television in 2007, responsible for developing new businesses in entertainment, e-commerce, and mergers and acquisitions of companies of all sizes in Japan and abroad. Since July 2019, serves as an independent director of CAPSULE.

Also engaged in industry and management for many years, proficient in corporate governance, tax, finance, and investment planning.
