CEO / Founder
Graduated from Aichi University of Education. Studied abroad in London and Shanghai Jiaotong University. Fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and English for business use. Joined Adways Internet Advertising Company in 2008. Started working for Adways China in 2009, participating in China marketing for Japanese and European and American companies. After Adways acquired a Taiwanese company in 2012, started managing the company and smartphone-related business as a director. Established CAPSULE in 2013.

Professional wedding consultant and host, formerly worked as a marketing planner in the e-commerce platform and new media industry, deeply involved in content marketing. Joined CAPSULE as a Account Manager in 2016; promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2021, leading the team in all aspects to expand business development and professions.

張思文 Joanne Chang
A heavy YouTube and social media user with a passion for challenges, joined CAPSULE in 2018 and is currently CAPSULE's youngest VP, leading the Commerce department to collaborate with creators/content IPs, specializing in combining creativity and current trends. She has recently organized large-scale events for both of the world's leading VTuber, achieving outstanding results.

Previously worked for JS-Adways, AdAsia multinational media agency. After joining CAPSULE in 2019, she was responsible for front-end and back-end integration, launching various new businesses, AI technology research; from 2024 onwards, she is responsible for corporate communication and overseas IP new business development, accelerating the growth speed of each business.

Fascinated by new media industry, specializing in social media marketing and media planning, he joined CAPSULE in 2020 to take charge of content marketing, and has been responsible for the annual projects development of thousands well-known international brands, as well as acheiving long-term partnerships with major platforms such as Google and Meta.

Having worked in marketing and sales for start-up travel and event agency, she joined CAPSULE in the Creators Business and Operations Department and is now responsible for brand marketing across gaming, travel, FMCG, and beauty industries, planning precise marketing strategies for brands through her in-depth understanding of the creators.
楊涵潔 Kiyo Yang
As a addicted gamer, familiar with domestic and international market trends and having worked in game trading and software development companies, she joined CAPSULE in 2020 and has helped develop all-around marketing strategies for well-known games, and is now stationed in Tokyo to take charge of a variety of new businesses such as animation and comics channels, VTuber, etc. and is committed to expanding overseas channels.

Fluent in Chinese, English, and Japanese, she has worked in different industries in business and commercial communication roles. She joined CAPSULE in 2021 and is mainly responsible for content marketing in the game industry, and is now deepening the company's cooperation model with ACG IPs, bringing more business possibilities, such as the co-branding of VTuber's cafes in Taiwan, and the execution of overseas ACG events.

Graduated from Shih Hsin University with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology, has multiple experience in human resources and specializes in recruiting, employee relations and benefits. She joined CAPSULE in 2017 and has been dedicated to recruitment system building, and has successfully created a friendly workplace environment and built up CAPSULE's employer brand during the company's expansion.
湯伊蘋 Zuna Tang
Previously working for Japan's Otemitsu Railway Company to undertake tourism promotion business for Taiwan, then moved to Shanghai to develop Japanese IP peripheral businesses. She also dabbled in Japanese dramas and manga translations . Because of her passion for games, she joined in CAPSULE Game Unit, and had been head of e-commerce department, now in charge of integrated marketing for international clients and overseas market development.
劉庭瑋 May Liu
Graduated from the Department of Quantitative Finance at National Tsing Hua University. Joined in 2019 and worked in the finance department. Assisted in the implementation of the ERP system in 2020 to integrate internal financial processes and completed the establishment of subsidiary companies. Currently responsible for the financial management of CAPSULE Group and executing the IPO program of CAPSULE.

陳奕融 Tommy Chen
Graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Master's Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, he has worked for foreign companies and is fluent in foreign languages. As a game enthusiast, he joined CAPSULE in 2021 and is in charge of developing marketing strategy for game brands. He has worked for many international brands to leverage their global marketing programs and help them to enter into different markets.

Formerly in charge of sales in the Kansai region at 3M Japan, also served as a local councillor in hometown; joined CAPSULE in 2018, responsible for content marketing business at the Shanghai subsidiary, now be liable for financial and related affairs in Japan.

She has worked for a well-known travel group and start-up technology company, with experience in e-commerce, marketing and sales, she specializes in integrated marketing planning and project management, creating localization strategies for major creators/content IPs, devoting herself to providing the best experience for both fans and consumers.

After working in the digital media business at Adways Japan, then having many years of experience in the general affairs of the Japanese textile trade industry, utilizing his comprehensive skills and understanding of different industries, he joined CAPSULE Japan in 2023 as a General Affairs Manager, serving as a bridge between CAPSULE Taiwan and Japan, he is also in charge of cross-departmental communication in the areas of finance, public relations, and human resources.

Worked at companies such as SQUARE ENIX, Nintendo, and Spicysoft before joining the Japanese MCN agency UUUM in 2015. In 2018, took on the role of global manager at UUUM while also deeply involved in the internet industry and influencer marketing. Also served as a consultant to CAPSULE to assist in the company’s growth.

Graduated from Keio University in Japan. Previously worked for Tokai Bank (now Mitsubishi Tokyo UFJ Bank) and Sony Pictures Entertainment Japan. Joined Fuji Television in 2007, responsible for developing new businesses in entertainment, e-commerce, and mergers and acquisitions of companies of all sizes in Japan and abroad. Since July 2019, serves as an independent director of CAPSULE.

Current accountant at JSheon CPA Firm, former deputy manager at EY, familiar with accounting standards and regulatory policies. Also engaged in industry and management for many years, proficient in corporate governance, tax, finance, and investment planning. Joined CAPSULE as a consultant in 2018 to assist with financial planning for the company.
