
CAPSULE (OU-EN EVENT USA) successfully brought the hololive production Cheer UP series, which originated in Taipei, to Los Angeles, hosting a Pop-Up Café and a Fun Run event. Held from October 18 to December 6, the team tailored the content and operational methods to the North American market and local fan culture, ensuring the IP theme was successfully presented across different markets.
Pop-Up Café — The First Immersive Experience for hololive production Fans in the US
The café centered on hololive production talents, such as Oozora Subaru, Usada Pekora, Kaela Kovalskia, Kobo Kanaeru, Mori Calliope, and Koseki Bijou, into the food and beverage design, and merchandise display. Fans could enjoy character-inspired main courses, desserts, and drinks, and receive limited-edition collectible cards. A variety of exclusive merchandise, such as the Cheer UP Bucket Hat and acrylic blocks, were also sold on-site, leading to a fan frenzy. CAPSULE's comprehensive cross-border project management capabilities allowed North American fans to enjoy the Pop-Up Café, making the experience of "stepping into the Liver`s world" a reality.

Building on the momentum generated by the Pop-Up Café, CAPSULE subsequently hosted the Cheer UP Fun Run in Los Angeles. This activity was a major innovative attempt for hololive in the US, where fans ran, took photos, and participated in interactive voting in an outdoor setting, creating a highly shareable and supportive fan engagement scenario.
